Enrollment Process
Applicants to Montessori at Roseborough are accepted on the basis of age and previous experience. Prior to enrollment you will be asked to observe a class, meet with the teachers, and have your child(ren) attend an orientation visit.

We welcome children of any race, creed, or ethnicity. If classes are full, applicants will be placed on a waiting list, with students previously enrolled at the school having priority and their siblings, second priority.

The placement of new students is determined by school staff in a consultation with the parents. Consideration is given to available spaces in our programs and class composition.
Important Information
Advance Fee
In order to reserve a space for your child, a non-refundable $500 Advance Fee is required with a completed application.
Tuition Payments
Ten monthly payments will be due on the first of each month, August-May. A 10% penalty will be assessed for payments received after the fifth (5th) of the month unless other arrangements have been made through the office.
Withdrawals
A 30-day written notice of intent to withdraw is required for release from your contract. You will be responsible for tuition during the 30-day notice whether your child attends the program or not. Records will be released when the account is paid in full.
Parent Involvement
Parents are required to attend parent meetings and encouraged to visit their child’s class to further their understanding of their child’s experience in a Montessori setting.

Advance Fee for Youngest Siblings
If more than one child is enrolled, a 5% sibling discount is applied to each of the youngest child’s yearly tuition. See the fee schedule below.
Late Pick-up
Children not picked up within fifteen minutes of the close of their class will be placed in the After School Program, at a minimum charge of $4. Children picked up after closing. will be charged $15 per quarter-hour.
Tax Benefit Note
An income tax credit for child-care cost may be available for families in which both parents work or a single parent works. Please consult your tax professional.
